Our goal is to empower motivated professionals and college graduates to achieve their potential, preparing them to become agile leaders and innovators in the workplace and community.

As a liberal arts college in a city, Trinity College offers a distinctive experience in graduate study. We prepare bold, independent thinkers — unafraid to engage deeply, learn collaboratively, and initiate change. Our dedicated faculty and commitment to small classes, combined with the resources of a capital city, make such transformative learning possible.

Each program’s curriculum is designed broadly to build core knowledge in a field and to advance essential cross-cutting skills, culminating in a capstone project, thesis, or practicum. In positioning our graduates for success, we emphasize the reinforcing power of close advising and professional development.

Ultimately, our graduate offerings are premised on a basic conviction: enduring and transferable skills, learned as part of a community, are vital for thriving in a dynamic twenty-first century world.

Trinity College has been providing graduate study and lifelong learning for over a century.
